Kaira is absolutely the best! She was fun, passed the vibe check and my brows look amazing!

This was my first time being sugared. I got the bikini lines done for my first time just to get a glimpse of what it feels like. I’ve never been waxed before either, other than my eyebrows. I was a little skeptical because my skin is pretty sensitive. However, Jadyn Mae made me feel so comfortable. The service did hurt a bit, but that’s to be expected when hair is being pulled out of your skin! Jadyn also explained all the products to help with healing and exfoliating between appointments really well that I bought the healing oil and the raspberry sugar scrub. I also booked another appointment for a few weeks out to get the full bikini done. I had to reschedule my appointment and was able to get in just a few days later. I did have a new sugarista this time. I was a little nervous since this is such a vulnerable service but Kaira was the best and made me so comfortable! I’ve loved everyone I have interacted with here!

Kaira makes the process as painless as possible. She is very straightforward and informative. I was very comfortable thru it all. I definitely recommend her!

I stopped in and didn’t have an appointment. Kaira was friendly and let me know she could take care of me after her scheduled client. My wait wasn’t long. She was not only communicative on the process, but was also proficient and fast. The Sugaring NYC I used to go to closed and was pleased that I had a great experience with this location. I’ve had both Jaden and Kai and they are both great! Quality service with attention to detail and made sure that I was satisfied. I won’t go back to waxing!
